Thanks.BrazilBandit wrote:Wieters wrote:Okay, good to know.mornincounselor wrote:Wieters wrote:Based on what has been posted, we can confirm that Mexican-Americans/perfume was the real RC. Regarding the last two in that section, I think they were on biorobotics and stealing thunder in courtrooms?
Thought the first RC was tougher but that I did was more engaged on it. Oh well.
LG seemed easy and much like September. First two games were very easy, and then photographers/artists were harder but nothing unreasonable. Seems like LSAT is trending toward four games that are manageable if you budget time appropriately, but a problem if you take too long on any one game. This in contrast to older LSATs where you had one pattern/visual game that was wtf.
Both LRs seemed toughest of all sections. Again like September, a bunch of questions where the right answer was just the best of the worst. 26 question LR was breezy through the first 15 but then difficult in the last 11.
Btw, on each LR there was am evaluate question. Most prep books say these only appear once every few LSATs. Really put me off because I don't really have a strategy for those.
No biorobotics was exp. (I think)
Was the stealing thunder real? Comparative reading passage.
The other comparative reading passage I had was on interpreting literature. One passage (A) was short and talked about detective mysteries, other (B) was longer and used poetry as an example, but same general theme.
Stealing Thunder was real...
I thought Mexican-Americans and free will were hard, other two weren't too bad.

I'm thinking you were one of only a handful of people who aced the section. Keep in mind that you're most likely among the top 1-2% of test takers when it comes to the LSAT.LSATneurotic wrote:Unless i am just way too confident, i really thought this test was standard. For some reason, I remember an lR section with only 24 questions. What did you guys have? Also LG had 24 questions so 24+26 would make sense...

Re: DECEMBER 2014 WAITERS
LR1: not too bad/ 2 or 3 that were weird
LG: fucked me hard
LR2: easy
RC: pretty easy/ guessed on the last 3 on the mexican passage
LR3: kind of hard
any idea which one was the experimental LR?

Re: DECEMBER 2014 WAITERS
So...
LR1- Very easy
LG - Very easy... finished with time to spare!
LR2- Very hard and questions were weird (hopefully experimental)
RC- Easy
LR3- Easier then LR2 but harder for me, think I was fatigued.
Trying to figure what LR was experimental. Did anyone else have a LR question- economic growth and interest rates?

LR 1-24
Lg 24
Lr 25
Rc 27
Lr 26
My guess is that 25 LR is experimental and thus 101 questions.

Re: DECEMBER 2014 WAITERS
Curve will be -13 or -14. Harder than September + the fact that Decembers have almost ALWAYS been unusually generous curves. Any predictions -11 or lower are insane.
So I guess, in saying that, rest easy.

Re: DECEMBER 2014 WAITERS
Lol I felt like such an idiot when that happened. My brain must have been fried from that test. How about I trade you a couple tenths of my GPA for a couple of your LSAT points from this test? At this point I'd be happy with a 169.LSATneurotic wrote:You outta give me a couple of your el sat points since i helped you get in your car lolYeezusPiece wrote:I'm thinking you were one of only a handful of people who aced the section. Re: DECEMBER 2014 WAITERS
4 of my 5 sections went really well i thought. I screwed up on the first logic games as my timing was just all over the place. I thought there was hope with my section 3(also games) which was SO easy but alas i guess that was the experimental section.
Loved seeing a passage on determinism in there though haha my philosophy 101 class coming in handy.
All in all I think it was much better than September for me as I wasn't rushing like a mad man-but i'm still a little dissapointed with how games 3+4 turned out. We shall see

Aren't all of the scored sections in the same order for everyone with experimental lumped in between? Cause our numbers don't add up

LG - kind of hard, unsure about 1-2 answers
LR
LG - very easy, finished with time to spare
LR
RC
My LG sections are blurring together and I can't remember which section that colors/rug one was in. I do remember a scenario about assigning cases to associates in my easier section.. anyone else?
