Re: December 2012 Re-takers
I think I just killed half the rainforest printing out those Cambridge bundles, I have no idea how I'm gonna get them home because I don't think it's all gonna fit in my bag. Maybe I'll buy some folders when I go to lunch so I'm not carrying a few hundred loose pieces of paper on the train. Is there any harm in drilling the easier questions tonight? I had the Manhattan books overnighted but it was about 7 when I placed the order so I may not get them until tomorrow and I rally want to get back to work.

Accordion folders are credited for Cambridge bundles.Psib337 wrote:I think I just killed half the rainforest printing out those Cambridge bundles, I have no idea how I'm gonna get them home because I don't think it's all gonna fit in my bag. Re: December 2012 Re-takers
Retaking a 161. I feel I should have gotten around a 164 in October (-14 LR... that ain't me yo).
What's everyone planning to do? I'm just gonna drill LR and do a couple of practice tests between now and December.

Re: December 2012 Re-takers
Hey all, the most popular December study thread is: DECEMBER 2012 Study Group / Study Partner Thread. Some of us are taking the same PT's and going over explanations. Feel free to join, I will be taking on both PT 45 and 46 (4 sections each) tonight. I'd be happy to go over the tests with anyone who plans on taking them. Best of luck!

I'll look for them during lunch or maybe I can find one lying around the copy room, I'm sure no one will miss it.

Re: December 2012 Re-takers
I ordered the Kindle version for my iPad because I couldn't wait until Monday to get started. Also, I figured that, since I need to study during my commute to and from work this entire month, this is more convenient. Good luck!Psib337 wrote:I think I just killed half the rainforest printing out those Cambridge bundles, I have no idea how I'm gonna get them home because I don't think it's all gonna fit in my bag. Hey. Not retaking with you guys, but I feel the RC pain. Only went -6, but went 2/7 on the !Kung passage (-5 in one passage).
Good luck.

I'm not taking another stab at Zones until I'm at least two weeks into major games drilling. Not prepared for that shit (again).Wormfather wrote:About to do some games and light LR drilling (90 minutes tops).
Do I wait for zones? Yeah, I wait right?

Is everyone still planning on applying this cycle? If so, are you waiting for the December score release to submit applications?

Re: December 2012 Re-takers
Yes to both questions. To me, I'd rather not deal with asking every single school to which I'm applying to hold my application until my second LSAT score comes in. I'll just have everything ready and, the minute the score is released, hit "submit". Plus, if my second score isn't high enough to have even a fighting splitter's chance at some of my schools (3.24 GPA), I'm not going to waste the application money. Not saying submitting now is wrong; this is just my personal preference.ninetails wrote:Is everyone still planning on applying this cycle? I might wait on zones, because we posted the answer choice order all over the place yesterday, and that could guide to the right answers.
Personally, I'm going to participate in Manhattan's review of the test on Nov 8, and retake the whole PT earlier the same day.

Long time lurker, finally decided to make a profile. Retaking for the December 2012 in hopes of getting over a 170. Let's do this.

Re: December 2012 Re-takers
My thoughts exactly. Sitting in the splitter boat myself (3.3) I was really banking on a high October score so I could get everything in decently early, but at the end of the day, I'd rather hand in a decently solid app at the end of December than a weak one now.HawgDriver wrote:Yes to both questions. Re: December 2012 Re-takers
Yup, it's just gonna sit on someone's desk anyway until the new score comes in and I'm worried they may accidentally review my file before the score comes back. It's probably not likely but I'd rather be safe than sorry. I'll just make sure I have everything ready to go by then which shouldn't really be an issue.ninetails wrote:Is everyone still planning on applying this cycle? 166 December 2011.

I'm in with you all. I postponed October for December, and this is my last try. Let's do this.

+1 to you guys. Going to have everything prepped to turn in as soon as December scores come back. My feeling is I'd rather apply then with good numbers versus earlier with a crappy LSAT. It seems like the consensus is to always go for the higher score if possible, because at the end of the day the numbers are the most important. Let's annihilate this.jcan91 wrote:My thoughts exactly.
