A team with a 112-57 loss and nineteen two-point wins is still 19-1

On the other hand, a team with a 112-57 loss and nineteen 2-point losses is 0-20

Re: June 2011 Study Log
GTFO my thread with your sports shiet.
Also this thread will never be a megathread because it'd just be all SFers and having 2 megathreads with the same exact people is...yeah no. XD But y'all are welcome to continue to try <3
---------------------------------------------------
Anyway back on topic, did PT 41 today. Started at 9 PM PST so it was pretty late...I'm hoping that's why my score dipped so low. Got a 89/170
1) LR -4
2) LG -2
3) LR -3
4) RC -3
This time I restricted myself to just 30 minutes a section (mainly cause I wanted to be done by 11PM and not midnight ><). I made it in time for all of them--30 sec left for LG, 6/4 min left for LR sections, 1:30 left for RC. I might start doing 30 minutes consistently, now that I know I can make it in time.
I haven't looked through it yet, but needless to say this was a pretty disappointing test ): Also interesting to note is that when I'm dealing w/external factors (ie tiredness/exhaustion), my LR score tends to dip but my LG and RC stay generally the same. Sorta weird!

Stop your late late PTing bro. I think we've established that if you're going to PT during the week, you have to do it directly after work.crumpetsandtea wrote:GTFO my thread with your sports shiet.

How close were you on LG in terms of finishing in 30?

Re: June 2011 Study Log
Check bolded RE: LG finishing. Again, haven't looked through my test yet so I can't say exactly what I missed, but I'm assuming it was due to rushing as usual. I'm just happy I finished in time.incompetentia wrote:Stop your late late PTing bro. As for late PTing...yeah I know. ): I was gonna take a nap before I did it but I couldn't fall asleep. I just laid in bed for 40 minutes.

If you're getting rushy with 30 minutes, you should probably not get any shorter with your sections. 32-33 should normally be fine.
Get some damn sleeps.

As for everyone in this thread being from SF, not quite, but luckily SF is very supportive and a lot of people have been stopping by to give advice <3 Thanks! Are you taking the LSAT this june too?
Yeah I'm keeping it at 30 minutes for now. Just to get used to it. I am definitely going to try to sleep by midnight every night to get 7 hours >_<incompetentia wrote:If you're getting rushy with 30 minutes, you should probably not get any shorter with your sections. 32-33 should normally be fine.
