I was slowpoking this one and used up all the time on LR1 and RC. For some reason I kept diagramming and rediagramming #25 (follows logically EXCEPT) on LR1 and it is generally not my friend. Any tips on how to move more quickly on diagramming LR?

-9 curve? wtf
Your scores have been impressive. How long did it take you to get through the Trainer?

I can't really offer you much advice, you are scoring a lot higher than most.

My scores are high because I've seen most of this material in the past few months between drilling/PTing. I don't have much fresh material, unfortunately.

I started in early May and used the 16 week plan, but ended up finishing in maybe 8. Mike has a bunch of different schedules to use on his website for different timeframes, and starting/completing it by December is absolutely doable.
Excellent, I'll have to check out the website and find a plan for completing it.

As for diagramming LR questions, I think my biggest difficulty is SA questions. They knock me down.

I think I just need to work on my digramming for some of the harder questions :)

Thanks for the suggestions, it's really appreciated.

Yeah SA questions kill me, too. I know there's a gap and yet the SA questions just feel so time consuming to me. Probably because I haven't drilled them enough. drill, drill, drill

Just purchased the Trainer as well  Hopefully it's as worthy of an investment as everybody on here says it is!

When was the last time you PTd?

Also, I'd say drill.

Depending on how mentally focused you are at night, maybe save the PT for daytime when you're fresher? A good PT is a precious thing to waste.

I PT usually at night during the week because of work so I'm usually fine (except yesterday when I ptfo'd after work). I was thinking it may be good to work on fine tuning some points that I still see that I'm missing. PTs have been pretty invaluable though so I'm always indecisive.

Yeah. I bombed October. Nerves are hard to account for in prep. Be warned: they are real.
luckily the sport i chose to do through HS and College is all about nerves and anxiety, but I am still pretty worried about the nerves aspect.

Checkin in a little late. Will be hoping back on the train for December and had a question for you guys. Leading up to the Oct. LSAT I was PTing in the low 170s and am now PTing avg at 174-175. One of the big things TLS stresses for retakers is not to use the crutch that "it was just nerves." I've gone through volumes 2+3 of Cambridge LG and only missed 8 questions with all games <8:45. Nevertheless on the Oct test it was like I had never done a LG before (for some reason the movie theater game just destroyed me). Was wondering for those out there PTing in the high 170s but who performed poorly on test day: how do you best hone your studying without feeling like your eyes are bleeding?

I'll be going through MLSAT LR + Cambridge LR again during the next 10 days then finally moving into mostly PTs. Had hoped you guys might have some insight into how best to really tighten your studying focus when your only missing scattered L4 questions.

Im from MN and would be happy to meet up with anyone or exchange PMs to help break this monotony! Good Luck to all in the final month!

Can someone explain to me how the answer to PT52, Section 1, Q16 is A? Seems pretty clear that it's E.

That answer is the opposite

E states anyone who believes in X believes in Y.
X is False, Therefore Y is false.

The correct answer should be Anyone who believes in Y believes in X. Y is false therefore X is False. Which is A
