So, I'm always that guy who derails the conversation to post something on topic, and right now is no different:

If I were going to take in February, where should I be PTing in late December in relation to my ideal outcome? For instance, if I want a 173 in February, where should I be PTing in late December to feel comfortable signing up for February?

I would say in the high 160s. Like 167-169ish? B/c then in Jan, you can work on getting that up to 170+

OK, so a month is still enough time to expect improvement? Like, if I PT 168-170, I could get to 172+ by February?
