Honestly loled at that grey also just made coffee n forgot to dump out the old coffee from yesterday so yeah it was like a coffee volcano in bills kitchen this morning

There is no requirement of a neutral expression. That's passports. It just has to be a picture of your face, with a white background.

I think they say 'passport style' because of the size and general style they want.
