Coke is way better than Pepsi and calling coke beverages pop is weird.

Any thoughts/takeaways on the comparative passages?
I was less clear about the 2nd comparative passage - does anyone remember the gist of it?

Team soda. Although according to the map, I should apparently think it's all coke. I've yet to ever have a waiter ask me "what kind?" when I order Coke --they always take that to mean I actually want a Coke.Seamus887 wrote:My wife is from Europe and calls it fizzy drinks. Re: The Official June 2015 Waiter's Thread
I call it pop and soda (from Detroit). I now live in Georgia (14 years now), though, and I have never heard it referred to generically as 'coke' in an actual setting. I've heard southerners say that everything is called coke, but never heard a waitress say it or anyone else in a restaurant/dining setting. I've been all over the South and never heard it anywhere else either.tedofsandimas wrote:Team soda. Although according to the map, I should apparently think it's all coke. Simple solution: call the beverage you want by its name.

i wished i looked at it the numbers of qs for my lr section before i turned it in. i remember looking at the rc and lg. i misbubbled couple times doing the 2 page bubble method.basedvulpes wrote:Pretty sure there's only 100. I can't say anything else about it except that there were so few rules that the questions flowed. I would be happy to discuss it more when we aren't banned from discussing the questions.
I tanked on RC. Thankfully I finished but there were a few that I wasn't sure on.
Same with LR. Guessing the third section was experimental. Didn't have time to check ANY of my answers.
All in all, expecting a 176-177. Retake likely in the air but I am not going to cancel my score.
Since there were only 100 questions, the curve will probably be more vicious. 99-100 for a 180, and one point per question until the low 170s.
