I might just do a 2014 take on Howl for my writing sample.

I miss ennui. That has been replaced with constant awareness of the gnawing futility of existence.
::takes deep drag of a cigarette::

I'm taking PT72 today. After that, I think it'll just be LG up the wazoo, and maybe I'll take a look at RC questions from the 60s and 70s that gave me trouble.

So true. I can't wait to go back to 4am vodka, cigarettes, and ennui on the fire escape.

Taking 71 today. Anyone else feeling not ready? Like, I want to finish my RC difficult passages, and I printed out 6 tests, I want to do the logic games for all of those and at least a handful of LR sections.

I also realized last night that I don't have PT 57, the dinosaurs game one. Seriously, WTF? I have A, B, C, 1-56, then 60-71. What luck.
the dinosaurs game isnt too bad just in out pretty much

I became irrationally mad at the TV yesterday when Devil Wears Prada was on, and it was mentioned that the Anne Hathaway character had turned down a Stanford Law spot. It was a throwaway detail to show that the character was smart, I guess, but it felt like a personal jab. (I love the movie, but I guess I had never paid attention to that line before.)

So I finished Pt71 and I feel
Image

LR1: -0
LG: -0
LR2: -2
RC: -4 (2 from passage 3 and 2 from passage 4 ;'[ )
95 Raw score

Both LR questions I got wrong I narrowed down to 2, and picked the wrong answer... WHYYYY!!!?

I am glad I took this PT today. Definite confidence boost and I'm feeling good about Saturday.

Good luck to everyone in whatever they do today.

Going to drill Map/Pattern/Rare games and do some LR/RC

You're sitting on sat?
How do you not use conditionals? Do you mean like how 7sage builds a chain of conditionals? Because I agree I wish I learned that method rather than powerscores "write out each and every inference"

Edit: this question was for accessislife. I desperately need to step my quoting game up

hey - sorry at work - um i honestly don't have one set way - with in/outs it seems that you can get away with just going through the rules on each question - its time consuming - i'm going to set up some of the tougher games and see if i can wrap my head around conditionals tonight though

Love that movie. I've never really noticed that before! I mostly just love Patrick Jane because UNF.

Now this is my idea of a romantic comedy plotline. After some foibles, maybe a bit of deception, and a speech or two, Berkeley and I have 3 debt-free years together. The end <3~<3~<3~<3

I did PT 71 this morning.

Section 1, LR: -1 (Yay!)
Section 2, LG: -1 (Okay, I can live with that!)
Section 3, LR: -8 (Wait, what?!?!)
Section 4, RC: -9 (My ass hurts)

The mirrors passage wasn't even a problem, it was passage 2 and 3 for some reason.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
Just kidding ... it's still FREE!
