Sure this is the last day of hardcore studying for most of us. PT72 today which has, in my personal opinion, one of the hardest LR sections I've seen. The other is easy, but one is pretty hard to me. LEGGO FAM I BEWEEEVE IN YUUUU

Re: The Official September 2014 Study Group
Jerry I've done that but only under duress for example let's say I got to #13 and was stumped for a second and panicked n then started freaking out I may just turn to the last Q to try something new and when I've done that things always turn out well but I've only done it under those circumstances but hey brother if it works it works and if u circle the right answers more often then that's what countsJerryLundegard wrote:Last strategic question for everyone. I have been trying something new in LR where i do #'s 1-15 then go to #25 and work my way back. Could just be coincidence but I have been getting -3 or -2 in a section instead of my usual 4-6. Has anyone tried this? Does this sound feasible? Or am I just putting too much stock in to a very small correlation?

Thanks Bill.
Good luck today everybody. Hit a major wall last night and had to shut down the studying early so today will be HUGE.
Friday will consist of finishing season 3 of Homeland and Boardwalk Empire. Then the binge watching begins after football is over Sunday night muahaha

mind blown with 7sage's use of conditionals (PT 70 game 2) to solve in-outs, but i feel like i'd get lost - does anyone have any experience with this? is it a massive time saver?

I was hoping to get everyones input on this......Im not hitting my target score-----I'm still quite a bit away! Im improving but I wont be ready for the test saturday. Should I withdraw or should I just take it and see what I get? Some schools ask you to explain why the big gap in scores. I think that having to do this is just a set back from the very begining. Should I just wait till december even though I've used 80% of the material? Im freaking out please help be out guys!

Idk learning to write conditionals isn't hard but it takes some time to get used to it/be able to recognize what rules r triggering in a quick manner this close to test time it might b ill advised but if u think u can learn a new method n efficiently apply it then go for itaccessislife wrote:yeah might just go back through the packets with his method - iono, i do fine it just takes a whileBillPackets wrote:You're sitting on sat?accessislife wrote:brute force mostly -though it takes me much longer than 4.5 minutes like 7sage

yeah just watched a few 7 sage and it seems though he has the conditional diagram he really spends the same amt of time thinking it through with the exception of that 70 game
(just watched PT 58 Game 4)

How do you not use conditionals? Do you mean like how 7sage builds a chain of conditionals? Because I agree I wish I learned that method rather than powerscores "write out each and every inference"BillPackets wrote:You're sitting on sat?accessislife wrote:brute force mostly -though it takes me much longer than 4.5 minutes like 7sage
Edit: this question was for accessislife. I desperately need to step my quoting game up

To longhorn: if this is your first lsat, I don't see why you wouldn't take it. Get used to the anxiety and stress, the testing center, the proctors, the exam (its not just separate pages, its all one booklet) etc. Never know, maybe you'll score higher than you think
