Any Bon Iver fans ITT? Just watched this concert- pretty incredible.

Yeah, I learned I really liked his music after hearing his song, "The Wolves (Act I and II)" which was used at the end of the movie "Place Beyond The Pines."

That's a great song. He has such a range, even as Bon Iver. Have you heard any of his other projects? I really dig Volcano Choir too.

I know this isn't the right thread for this question, but I trust y'all and don't need it to be a formal to-do. But at what point do I harass my other LOR professor? I told her months ago I wanted it in by winter break and hers is still missing. What's a chick to do? I don't want to annoy her, but I wanna be ready when I get my score for all my apps to be complete.

Absolutely be sending reminders to your LOR writers at this point, I'd do it as often as weekly, depending on your relationship with the prof.

You really don't want to be holding off on submitting your app because of a LOR.

Cherry: ASAP if you're applying w your dec score. If they haven't even started it, it can take a while which will hold you off on submitting apps

Yeah you have to remind them, sometimes stuff gets lost in communication. One of my LOR's straight up just forgot they were doing it because I asked in July but said it would be okay if it were done by November. They had put it off so long that they forgot it was a thing.

Two years, whoa.. I have a prof who I asked back in May for one, back and forth emails during the summer confirming she still wanted to do it, now she's no where to be found and doesn't even teach at my school anymore. Same situation with the same prof as my other friend who asked her for a lor
