Re: December 2013 LSAT waiting thread
What if that person was so thrown off by time being called that he forgot the exact number of the question and didn't write it down so when he looked at his answer sheet he only knew the general vicinity of the question number and that he had erased a wrong answer on the question immediately before it so he erased the supposedly wrong answer choice to put in the right answer without absolute certainty that it was the right question and potentially costing himself two incorrect answers?dosto wrote:They are probably one of many.DaRascal wrote:What's your opinion of someone reviewing their answer choices on a section and suddenly realizing a wrong answer choice and the correct answer but time being called and then that person writing it down on the 1st page of the next section and going back to the answer sheet to erase the wrong choice and put in the correct one five minutes after the next section begins?
Smart gamble or should he have left it alone?

Re: December 2013 LSAT waiting thread
So i'm reading through all this.
I only had 1 games section, and I honestly didn't think it was too bad? But reading through it sounds like consensus is that it was really hard? I'm kinda confused and scared now.

Ok, glad we agree on that. He's a (former) friend of mine.

Re: December 2013 LSAT waiting thread
Agreed. It's impossible for me to know what my friend was thinking but I would say it's a very strong possibility that he did this because he was thrown off by time being called and was conflicted about whether or not to cheat and in his haste he lost track of what the question number was while retaining the correct answer choice in his mind.bee wrote:DaRascal wrote:What if that person was so thrown off by time being called that he forgot the exact number of the question and didn't write it down so when he looked at his answer sheet he only knew the general vicinity of the question number and that he had erased a wrong answer on the question immediately before it so he erased the supposedly wrong answer choice to put in the right answer without absolute certainty that it was the right question and potentially costing himself two incorrect answers?dosto wrote:They are probably one of many.DaRascal wrote:What's your opinion of someone reviewing their answer choices on a section and suddenly realizing a wrong answer choice and the correct answer but time being called and then that person writing it down on the 1st page of the next section and going back to the answer sheet to erase the wrong choice and put in the correct one five minutes after the next section begins?

Re: December 2013 LSAT waiting thread
Are you people seriously such tight asses? Who gives a shit? Had I not been in a tiny room with only 8 others and two proctors I would have done the same. Hell I had a strategy set up where I would read the last question and answer choices while the proctor was reading instructions for the next section. Again, it wasn't a big room so going back wasn't worth the risk, but would I? Hell yeah. If it means getting a. Higher score and possibly a better future? Yeah, bubbling when you weren't supposed to doesn't really seem all that bad. You're not killing anyone, stealing from anyone. Just bubbling a question you got right all by yourself.DaRascal wrote:PourMeTea wrote:This person is objectively a shitty human.DaRascal wrote:What's your opinion of someone reviewing their answer choices on a section and suddenly realizing a wrong answer choice and the correct answer but time being called and then that person writing it down on the 1st page of the next section and going back to the answer sheet to erase the wrong choice and put in the correct one five minutes after the next section begins?
