I doubt I will. I wouldn't be surprised if I get a 162 to be honest. The real test is so much different than the PT's. Probably will be withdrawing, re-taking in June, and reapplying next cycle. But I'm not discouraged. I know it'll all work out in the end!OliveBC wrote:haha that is true! I'm right there with you! The first couple of days after the LSAT I was really excited and anxious, but then I was able to reinvest myself into the normal day to day routine. But now...yea right! Now all I can think about is receiving an email from LSAC with my score in it!!Ambitious1 wrote:Getting pretty anxious now. I was thinking about the LSAT hardcore after the first 4-5 days I took it. Same! I feel like I should be able to be calmer because of the fact that I have plenty of time to retake since I won't be applying till next cycle at the earliest and maybe not even for a few years, but nope I am freaking out. Having a solid lsat score and not having to worry about studying again would just be such a relief and I could sit back and relax a bit more senior yearTammyb wrote:I will....This is my first time and I could shit bricks right nowOliveBC wrote:Are you guys gunna be posting your scores here? I will also definitely post my score here, good or bad (but lets hope good!

I'm also really unsure at what score I would definitely retake.... anyone else having this issue or do you all know your absolute cut off?

I'm not sure. I had a specific goal, but I've been in a sort of mentoring relationship with a guy a year above me, and he thinks that even a few points below that make what I want a real possibility b/c he's made it into Harvard and Stanford with a 172.OliveBC wrote:Same! I want to practice Religious Freedom Law (I'm a RELS major) - so Mike McConnell's clinic at Stanford or a concurrent Masters at Harvard's Divinity School would be amazing.
As such, my goal is (was?) 175. We'll see what happens.

I think I may cover up the score with a thick piece of paper and work from right to left. That third number will tell me a lot. Or I could just be a man and do it all at once

my gpa is sort of a nightmare, so anything under 170 is an automatic retake.
so... i've pretty much resigned myself to doing this again in june, but that doesn't mean i'm not still completely neurotic waiting for the score.

Instinctive:
I hope you hit that 175 then
Unfortunately I think my LSDAS gpa will probably make HYS impossible for me unless I completely destroy the test

I was initially thinking 170+ or retake for sure as well, buttt for some reason I'm really worried I might come out with a 168/169 or something...which would be really frustrating. I know the region I want to end up in though and a 168-9 could definitely get me into the big regional school there (hopefully with lots of $$$)... buhhhhh decisionskmc wrote:my gpa is sort of a nightmare, so anything under 170 is an automatic retake.

As a retaker, I probably wont take it again. Im nervous about falling into the 164-166 no-mans-land again though. I guess i'll have to wait and see.

yeah. i set three numbers - the automatic retake, the seriously consider retaking, and the "i don't care if you think you can still do better stop being crazy and stick with this score."OliveBC wrote: I was initially thinking 170+ or retake for sure as well, buttt for some reason I'm really worried I might come out with a 168/169 or something...which would be really frustrating. here's hoping i stick to them.

I'm back to dreaming about the LSAT again, just as I was for a few days after the test. Ugh!
I think if scores don't come out tomorrow, I'm going to have a nervous breakdown. ;( I know I'm inevitably going to spend all day tomorrow compulsively refreshing, even though the pessimist in me predicts it will actually be Tuesday or Wednesday.

If I remember correctly, didn't an LSAC representative tell a TLS member over the phone that the scores were set to release on Marc 6th?

Re: Feb Waiters: LSAC.org ragequit [New Poll]
I don't know, but it says March 6th online. They always give you an expected date. The site that tells you all of the actual release dates lists the expected date alongside when they actually came out; it is rarely the given date that scores come out. Of course, we had the blizzard, but I'm sure LSAC will be and would have been sticking by the party line and telling everyone "March 6th" until scores actually come out, regardless..TheThriller wrote:If I remember correctly, didn't an LSAC representative tell a TLS member over the phone that the scores were set to release on Marc 6th?

Just not keeping my hopes up for a pre-6th release date, that way I don't become emotionally compromised to soon. Its taxing being a neurotic mess for more then 1 day

I spoke to one a couple of weeks ago and she did say March 6th, but all she meant by that is that they didn't anticipate any delays as a result of makeups. So it could easily be a couple days earlier, like it usually is.TheThriller wrote:If I remember correctly, didn't an LSAC representative tell a TLS member over the phone that the scores were set to release on Marc 6th?

I hope your worries turn out to be nothing and you did crush it

If you know where you want to be then it should all work out ok. The most stressful part for me is knowing what I want, but not where, so for now I need to go somewhere that gives me a degree that can travel.

I think your Harvard degree will definitely do that for you
Anyone here have plans for what they're going to do when they find out their score? After devoting so much of my brain activity to worrying about the lsat I'm not sure what I'll do with all my free time if I don't have to start studying for June...probably get back into my workout routine. I have been seriously slacking due to lsat stress/being too lazy to walk to the gym in the cold

This is my first time sitting the test. I didn't prepare and i already applied for this fall! How screwed am I? 3.4 GPA, applied to a local law school, don't care about the T14 at all. What are my chances? Give it to me straight....
Plus I don't know how I did
