Well I don't have a lot of detail hence the vagueness. But imagine BigInsuranceCustomerService. Probably 30 min to hour initial interview.

I'd like the job but I'm not 100% sold on making the jump to this company.

how prepared are you? will you have to wear pants? It depends on how much phone interviews rile you up. For me it's like getting an epipen to the throat so I'd probably not do it.
