I woke up this morning to an email from some TTT wishing me "good luck on today's LSAT" and I freaked out for a second and had to make sure I remembered to switch my registration lol.

well, I input my answers into the 7sage analytics thing to see what score I got because I'm impatient, but I dont look at what I got right or wrong until after BR
Well then BR almost seems like a version of an untimed PT; so not incredibly worthless. 178 before looking at the answers is showing that imo, you have the potential to hit that come test day.
This video sort of cemented my faith in BR, and has since changed the game for me. If you're truly doing BR the way it's intended (and there are several wrong ways), it becomes the best method of study, IMHO. Good luck....

Would appreciate the video, as I do not Blind Review but understand that properly learning how to do so, and appreciating its value, would help motivate me.

I think you can find it on YouTube if you just type in 7sage blind review. IIRC, that's where I saw it

Try this one, it's the primary BR video set by 7Sage... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PPhj7pU ... CVDnRh1Vd2

Whilst drilling LR, I realized I have never done 7-18 LR in my prep ever. Went -0 on 10 assumption questions and -1 on 10 strengthen questions feelsgood.jpg

Nope, just the beginning! It's a long process, and video series. Kinda why I liked the original link I posted, which gets right to the heart of BR. But I guess you have to join for that one.

Oh, and this one's really good too: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fS7EP3JBb7A

Has anyone used the PowerScore LR Question Type Training book? It's kind of pricey and I'm not sure I think it's worth the $ so was wondering if anyone swears by it before writing it off lol

I would duck it and just use this http://www.top-law-schools.com/forums/v ... p?t=108425 to save money.

If money isn't an issue, I'd buy it. It saves time. It's only from prep tests 1-20. But to drill 20-50 questions in a row can be beneficial, without having to fumble through books and books of prep tests. I think we discussed the benefits of it a few pages back. I like to use it for warm up before PTs as well. I have the LG, RC, and LR type book. I use them all.

I bought it over the summer. It just saves you time of sorting the questions on your own

Crushing it! I'm taking my first PT in about 2 weeks. This is indirect motivation.

Am jealous of your LR scores. I keep going -4/-5. Just a couple less missed and I'd be in the 170s.

For what it's worth, I printed the "All Questions Sorted by Type" chart on the LSAT Trainer site. I haven't touched it because I didn't really have the time to do the 4 week plan as it was. My plan is to do the drills by each set of ten tests at a time and then repeat. It's a little time consuming but also forces me to take it slow and steady and understand what I'm getting wrong, and then reinforcing the skills when I move on to the next set of ten.

Officially checking in folks! Wrote the test yesterday, and given that I did not go -0 on LG, super motivated to start studying again in a few weeks. Thinking about purchasing one of those LSAT watches - anyone have experience with this and can testify to how much it helped them?

I found that the mastermind LSAT watch helped immensely with my timing. Especially in RC. For some reason, those color coded 8'45" segments just clicked with me.

I'm pt-ing 150s and I want to aim for 170+

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
