anyone still up? I've been sleeping around 10:30pm CA time so I can't imagine suddenly going to sleep at like 9pm or something lol.

I'm still here! I'm a really late sleeper usually, so I'll probably turn in at around 11. Just came back from a long and hopefully exhausting run so that I can actually fall asleep then, ahaha.

Haha that's good. I worked out extra hard this morning so I'm pretty tired already. TC is only a 15 min drive on a Saturday morning and in a familiar neighborhood (took my BP course down the street lmao).

me too. I feel like a lot of people would get nervous/anxious but I don't really feel anything. Rather than feeling nervous, I feel like "ugh, another PT, alright." lol
