Yup. Just started this week, put in maybe 4/5 hours? I might start timed sections just to get my focus back.

I had to start doing sections. Anything else wasn't going to happen lol.

I read through the rules twice. I read + write them down, then run through them again. Its worth it IMO

Eh 170 is still nice. The way I look at it, you BR so that you can learn an apply things next time.

High school water polo coach! We have a tourney today which doesn't end till really late.

Yeah, starting 2 PT's a week + normal drilling and review last week.

Water polo huh? Do you live in California or something? don't think anyone plays that over in Canada
