Any law schools that do spring enrollment?

Post by lawschooler » Thu Jan 01, 2009 12:46 pm

I have been looking for schools that enroll 1st years during spring semester because I had seen that Stetson Univ. had this and was wondering if there were any other Schools that do this? (I saw that Cooley also does Summer and Spring, but I'm not to interested in Cooley.)

Baylor does.
(I think it might be too late to apply for this cycle though.)

Check the first spreadsheet posted on the ABA website ("Left Page 1"). That and the other two files posted there have all the data from the LSAC guide in excel format. You can get a short list of schools by just looking at the application deadline columns, and then check their websites to see what terms they admit for. Those with second deadlines in the fall likely do spring admissions.

serious question, i don't mean to pump an old thread but its rare to find topics like this one

If I do enroll in Spring 2011 as a L1 at a crappy school, what are the long-term effects to my career on my first semester?

Can I transfer back to tier1-2 law schools in the following Fall? What are the chances of doing that?

I ran through the above poster's excel spreadsheet and all I'm seeing is Tier 3/4 schools that are doing spring enrollment =/
