When to send LOCI for waitlists

I've been put on 7 waitlists so far and am planning on pursuing 6 of them. Chicago requested I send any new information by Feb 29, so I'll be doing that, but the other schools don't specify.

I'm currently planning on visiting these schools in late March, and was hoping to put off writing my LOCIs until after I visit. Is that too late or would that be a good idea?
