Try-out for Law Review 3L year?
I am a current 2L at a top 50 law school. I didn't make law review after 1L but I am on one of my school's other journals. I did receive a SA position at mid-size firm. I would like to get into BigLaw and was wondering if I should try out for Law Review again this summer and be on it during 3L year?

Does your school let rising 3Ls try to make Law Review? I don't think most do.
If so, go for it, but I don't think it'll give you enough of a bump if your GPA/class rank isn't already up there. I'd see if you can raise your GPA this semester, get an offer from your SA firm, and then mass-mail some larger firms at the end of the summer. Good luck!
