LSAC states that they calculate up until the degree date, which therefore means your last semester before you graduate should be included in their calculations.
If you will graduate in the summer, and your last term would be Summer 2016, and you would want your last semester grades to count (since would be applying to LS, Fall 2016), if it states on your transcript your graduation date is August 2016, how will LSAC know whether to count your summer term grades, because for all they know, some of those courses could've been taken after the August 2016 date. Is the graduation date printed directly underneath the last semester term?
How does LSAC know when the degree date cutoff is Forum
