Yes, unless the bulk of the MBA coursework is a repetition of your undergraduate coursework for your BBA.

Re: Interested in Regulatory Law - JD/MBA?
Hi!
I hope all is well.
Since regulatory law focuses on administrative law, comprised of rules and regulations set out by different administrative agencies, it can only help if you go for the JD, especially since you can take Constitutional Law, Corporations, Contract law, and other classes that can enhance your knowledge in this area. Even if you choose to focus on an area other than regulatory law, a JD degree can still open many doors and avenues for you. You can either complete it in three years or four years depending on the institution and whether you are part time or full time.
An MBA is still great to go for depending on your time and where you want to acquire the degree, especially for negotiations, but the JD is helpful if you can do it given that regulations will be what you handle all the time
Best of luck!
