Retake and go to a good school. None of the Jersey schools give you better than a 50% shot of getting an actual job as a lawyer. Most of the people who do get jobs get stuck with shitty clerkships, and there is no data about what happens when these are over. With that gpa you can get into any school with a lot of $$$ if you can improve your lsat. Please don't waste your gpa on seton hall/rutgers.

Sooo you don't know if they offer unconditional scholarships or not?
It doesn't matter. Going to a Jersey school on an unconditional full ride is still a pretty bad idea.

If your from NJ, which I assume you are, and you go to a T14 you'll be given preference over kids from Seton/Rutgers.
