Question regarding LOR

Question on LORs: how much weight does it hold if a potential LOR comes from a professor who used to be a professor at the school which I apply to?
(I go to School X, want to attend Z Law School. Professor taught at School Z for a brief time, now teaches at my school - School X.) fwiw, it's a high ranked law school in the t-14.
