When to Send Final Transcript, if at all?

Before I graduated, I sent in my transcript prior to final grades being posted and my GPA went down 3 hundredths. (3.9x to 3.9x). Should I still send my final transcript to LSAC for next cycle? Does it really make a difference?

You'll have to send it anyway to prove you graduated. Go ahead and send the final.
