Never given chance to disclose, should I call to disclose
Hey there, made an account to ask this questions because I really doubt it has ever been asked before. All right, timeline and fact run down: 1. left law school, 2. time goes by and finally allowed to reapply, 3. Get arrested with DWI charges, 4. apply month later through a readmission process where Character and Fitness is NEVER asked about, 5. have to interview and questions of legal trouble are never asked or alluded to, 6. allowed in the same day an email is sent to me with stipulations of readmission AND my court fines come in to remind me. Honestly, it totally slipped my mind. The whole court situation had been finished for 4 weeks and during the interview I was waaaaaay too damn worried about my answers to the questions than anything else, had I been asked if I had been in any trouble that would have definitely sparked my memory, but that didn't happen. So my question is: should I call/email to disclose even though I don't think I was being dishonestly (but if the school didn't know the facts it would look bad) or should I wait for the first day of orientation when I know they will be making us disclose everything?

Please see my thread regarding criminal records. You are going to want to send them an addendum and disclose. Save yourself the time and trouble later on, they (school or bar) will find out one way or another, probably best it comes from you now.
