Do PT programs send out decisions at same time as FT?

Do part time programs send out admissions decisions at the same time as full time? Or do admissions committees wait until later in the cycle to admit PT students? My reason for asking is that I applied to GW PT in early October and haven't heard back. I know some FT applicants have gotten decisions. I appreciate any information anyone might have! Thanks!
