is a bachelor's degree in human resources acceptable in law school

I believe it falls under business administration, and it is something to fall back on if law school don't work out, and it is also a good career choice

Yes it's acceptable. Any major is acceptable for law school (with the exception of HYS, which look at major more closely). GPA is all that counts.
