4 C&F disclosures - Tell me I'm OK! Forum

I have four incidents to disclose in C&F questions in my applications. None ended in any convictions and all were "expunged"/"erased" from my record. Due to the nature of the C&F questions, however, I need to answer "yes" to most C&F questions.

The disclosures are two incidents of getting caught with beer in my dorm room (just caught by RA, no criminal stuff,) one MIP alcohol, one incident from when I was 15 years old where a cop caught me and friends lighting a campfire where we weren't supposed to.

I know that normally minor incidents aren't a big deal, but since I have four of these things, I'm slightly concerned. Should I be worried?

had a two page C&F disclosure addendum, including multiple alcohol related arrests . . . currently at a t10, multiple cbs/offers - id say you're OK so long as you actually want to be OK . . . be honest, disclose, stop doing criminal shit

- Dont pay attention to the trolls; nothing you mentioned will prevent you from passing the bar.

I love how everyone's posting like they know the state bar he's applying to and it's predilections.


That stuff doesn't sound bad. Just disclose and you should be fine. Talk to the admissions office if you're concerned.
