Does this look like a too easy UG major?
I know that when people dont exactly have a stellar gpa in a given major, that generally people state that degrees with a BA are generally weak, but in the minds of admissions commitee, how is this degree viewed?
B.A. Economics?
Granted its not the B.S. in Economics, but you still take coursework consisting of:
Principles of Microeconomics and Macroeconomics, Intermediate Micro and Macroeconomic Theory and Policy, Applied Ecometrics, 12 hours Economics Upper Division courses, Business Statistics, Analytic Geomety and Calc, Algebra for calculus.
Would this be viewed as a stronger major then BA in Psyc, Soc, Poli Sci OR the fact that its a BA it gets categorized as the others?

Literally no one at all gives or will ever give a shit about this.
LSAT, GPA, URM, military, Rhodes/Fulbright/Marshall.
That's it.

I would second all that stated above, but also add that picking your undergrad major based on the assumption you'll be going to law school is probably not the best idea. Treat the two as separate entities. I'm sure the state of the legal market is not lost on you, and if you are predisposed to want to pursue a practical degree but instead choose an "easy" major, you might regret that BA when 1L grades come in or you find out the thought of another day in law school makes you want to jab an ice pick into your neck.

No one gives a damn if you're getting an undergrad degree in basket weaving. Just have a good GPA.

Econ is one of the most rigorous of the social sciences.
Many colleges only offer a BA in Econ. Cal-Berkeley, for example.

Econ's not even that bad a major as far as law school applicants. I'd say it's a harder major than Political Science which is the most common major for pre-laws.

OP, why do you feel the need to brag about degree choice? We get it, you're an Econ major. At my school, all the econ majors are the Business school rejects.

As others have said, it doesn't matter although Economics majors are dime a dozen. But, to answer your question, yes: your curriculum doesn't look all that challenging. Try conforming even more and double major in mathematics, too.
