I know when different ones inquire about the effect of Withdrawal grades on an applicants LSAC gpa, most reply with "send in your transcript and see what happens" but before I do that, I just wanted to get feedback regarding course withdrawals on my transcript.
As it says on the LSAC website, W grades are excluded unless the issuing school deems them to be punitive. From my below description, does it sound like these will be deemed as non-punitive Withdrawals?
1. On my schools transcript legend it states, W = not computed in gpa
2. Other people from my school that have applied to law school in previous years that had W's, said there's were not computed in LSAC gpa
3. I looked on one of the posts someone uploaded on here, where you enter your school and it tells you what is excluded, and it showed W's from my school are excluded.
From all this, I gather that my W's will not effect my gpa, but has anyone had any experience where LSAC mis-calculated a gpa, especially when W's were involved?

Re: another question about course withdrawals
It's pretty clear from the OP that they will NOT be counted toward your GPA. In regard to your question, you won't know what they are going to do with your GPA until they actually receive your transcrips and make your Academic Summary Report, so just send them your transcript and either see for a fact that they aren't punitive or deal with it then, but making all of these threads is just a waste of time.

Jesus Christ on a crutch. Stop making threads about this. You've made several and they've all given you the same answer.

Holy hot balls. Dude, send in your freaking transcript. They will not include them. IF, for some ungodly reason, they count them, THEN make another thread and we can talk.marievanpelt wrote:2.
