If I am trying to apply early action, and need my app in before November 15, can I submit with just one letter of recommendation attached, and then attach the second once it hits my account? Or is it necessary to have everything ready to go upon application submission? Will the schools that have optional letters begin to evaluate my app with just the one letter?
Sorry if this is a dumb question, I just want to make sure to make the early action deadline. I am confident my recommender is going to upload the letter, I just don't know when this coming week.
Thanks.

Re: Another LOR ??
If they only require one you can submit and go with one and update them with the 2nd either as soon as you get it or after they waitlist you should that happen.
For schools that require two, your application won't be complete without them and you won't be able to meet that deadline until everything is in.
