Were you fired or did you quit? Because I think that may make a difference. Especially if you were laid off.

Haven't done it myself. But I have looked into it recently.

Best of luck to you. Back when I transferred, all you had to do was send an email to the registrar requesting a transfer. There were no questions asked.
