Was a little unsure on some of these questions, am currently undergrad:
1.) Does going to a 4-year state college hurt me in anyway on my law school application? ( I am currently going to Buffalo State, really want to stay local and go to UB Law school)
2.) Major:History , GPA of 3.6-3.7, Projected LSAT of 165+, hispanic male, would I have any trouble getting into UB? which is a tier 2 school I believe. (ranked 84 on the list on the site for 2011)
3.) Do most new grads who want to pursue a career in criminal defense start out as public defenders? Or join a firm?
I realize #2 is kind of specific, am just curious. I appreciate any answers,

Re: A few questions.....
1. No.
2. No trouble - although you really need to actually take the LSAT before you can project things like this. (But, with possible URM status, you'll be fine)
3. No idea.
