I would withdraw. #2 is the most concerning to me, and it looks like the opportunity cost makes continuing not worth it. But with respect to your original question, I would contact the schools directly and explain the situation and see what they say. I don't foresee too many really caring a whole deal, unless your application was somehow based on your masters research or something like that.
