Do you have a preference for where you'd like to end up?

This was something you should have considered prior to ED'ing, but at this point it's moot.

Basically you need to figure out: how much you want to work in Boston, how much you want to work in LA, what your chances at a scholarship from UCLA are, what your chances at other schools are, what your chances at getting scholarships at other schools are.

Unless you absolutely must live in LA it would be beyond retardation to pay 200k+ for a marginally better school, if that.

I don't see a scenario where you could get a full ride at BU and not get a penny at UCLA, they're so closely ranked that that seems like long shot.

Unless you are absolutely set on California, the full ride at BU is a fantastic option. As others have said, don't pay an additional $150,000 unless you consider location an absolute deal breaker.
