My GPA, as it stands after UG, is 3.52, but since freshman year consistently gotten 3.7-3.9 every semester. Should I include an addendum calling attention to this or should I bring it up in my PS? Or should I not address it at all and leave it to the adcomms to see on their own?

Is there a good reason for the lower GPA? If not, then don't bring it up.

This. I mentioned getting my shit together in my PS, but it was relevant to the story. However, an actual addendum is not necessary in most circumstances
