Quick Question

I solicited a Fee Waiver and was asked to fill out a form. They asked for GPA and my LSAT score and at the bottom asked for transcript documentation. Is it okay to just refer them to the LSAC's CRS to find my transcript or do I need to request it be sent to myself so I can attach it to the Fee Waiver form?
