Three Year JD/MBA

Post by Asleep » Wed Jul 27, 2011 8:25 pm

I was looking at some materials and I came across Cornell's three year JD/MBA. Thoughts on the program? Pros/cons?

My major concern is that you have to spend your 1L summer in classes. You might be able to do some limited legal research for a professor on the side, but is this enough of a negative that it could cancel out any positives from the program?

Penn, Cornell...everybody's copying Northwestern...

In five years, every elite law school will probably offer a 3-year JD/MBA

If you are interested in obtaining both degrees, then it appears to be a great option.
