Best civ pro supplement for class w/o Jurisdiction

At my school jurisdiction won't be covered in civil procedure. Is Glannon's E&E still my best bet, or is there a better option? Also, am I correct in assuming that the Friedenthal, Kane & Miller horn book pairs with Friedenthal's casebook?
