Resubmitting Resume

I graduated in December and applied to most of the schools on my list before I graduated. I applied to twelve schools, and I have been accepted at two, waitlisted at two, and rejected at one thus far. Should I send an updated resume including the work I am doing now, the Undergraduate Research Conference I was invited to present at (got the invitation yesterday), and my final undergraduate GPA (they've received updated transcript) to the two schools who waitlisted me and the seven I haven't heard from?
