Based on my recent perusals:

Yale (Dean Asha - witty, informative, self effacing)
Harvard (JR - informative, chilled)
Michigan - (all I saw was that joint Q and A with a bunch of others; it was decent)

BIG GAP

Stanford (Faye Deal - a little preachy and the advice seems more idealistic than realistic.)
Northwestern (Anonymous? - Pretty helpful, but snark, at Northwestern, of all places?)
