Disclosure Question

Post by JDHopeful » Thu Jan 20, 2011 11:11 am

My apps are all out, and I even have some acceptances/scholarships.

This morning, I was in an extremely minor car accident, for which I believe I'm at fault. However, the crash report was a "non-reportable" one, as there was literally no damage, and the officer present told me that I will not be charged with anything stemming from the accident (except for a minor fine for a missing tag, which has nothing to do with the accident).

That said, should I disclose any of this to the law schools that I've applied to/been accepted to?

Any advice/thoughts would be awesome...

Thanks!

(1) Were you charged with a crime?

(2) If the answer is no, then you have nothing to disclose.
