How rare is it to see someone who is jacked in law school?
I workout a ton and I feel like I could possibly intimidate some of the other people around me because of my physique.
I'm not a professional bodybuilder or anything (no juice head) but i'm pretty decent sized (6'2 215 around 10-12% bodyfat). I still have a couple years to go in UG so i'll probably be even bigger by the time I sit in on my first LS class.
no flame/troll

There's a couple guys in my school that are pretty ripped, I have yet to see anyone unable to see the professor over their bulging triceps.
For reals though, don't worry about it. As long as you don't go around shoving the scrawny guys into lockers, no one will care.

Are all bodybuilder types generally this insecure? Or just you?High_Hopes wrote:Okay, thank you. I just needed some reassurance.OGR3 wrote:There's a couple guys in my school that are pretty ripped, I have yet to see anyone unable to see the professor over their bulging triceps.

This thread has nothing to do with me being insecure. In my personal experiences I have been discriminated against because of my physique.

Why am I the first one to call flame? Is it because OP said it wasn't a flame?

If you ask me who would need to go to the Internet for reassurances due to fear of discrimination, I would not have pictured a body builder.

Re: How rare is it to see someone who is jacked in law school?
I actually think this guy's serious. According to his post history, 100% of his posts have something to do with being "jacked" and insecure about it.
And in my opinion lifting weights doesn't make you an athlete, which I think you claimed in this thread. As Kenny Powers said -- go play a real sport; don't try to be the best at working out.
Also, why are you worried about this when you're two years away from law school? People in law school are intimidated by confidence; not by tight t-shirts.
