Does it look bad if I'm applying to a ton of schools? Forum

I have a huge list of schools, and almost every application is asking what other schools I'm applying to. Do I have to list them all? Can law schools see every school I apply to? If I do list them all, does that look bad?

It depends what your definition of a ton is... I think more then 25 is prob pushing it. Does it look bad, no. Schools can't see where else you applied either. I really only came across about 5 apps that asked for this and some were optional so just list as much as you can fit

Usually they only have space for about 8 schools. Just list the 8 schools closest in the rankings or geographically
