Refine Personal Statement or Apply Early?
hey, I am wondering if I should wait to apply and make my personal statement close to perfect, or should I apply now with a pretty good personal statement. LSAT is at a 160 and GPA is 3.64. Let me know what you think.

Depends on to which law schools you are applying. Reach schools may decide partially based on your personal statement, while match & safety schools may not even read it.

You still have a week before early apps are due (I think)... that's plenty of time to revise. You have months before December 1st. That's more than enough time. I don't think you gain anything by applying before December 1st, as long as your application is complete at that time. I think its way too early to start thinking about "revise or just send it in?"
