LLM admission

Just a quick question for anyone with knowledge about this. Are undergraduate grades considered in LLM admissions, or is JD performance the only (realistic) academic gauge used for the LLM admissions?

Only law school rank & grades are considered for applicants with a JD (as opposed to applicants with foreign degrees).
