Kaplan PMBR Finals

Are the "Kaplan PMBR Finals" books commercial outlines? Or are they something different entirely? It says it has outlines and flowcharts and something like 100 multiple choice questions to help ya out...is this the type of thing I will be buying if I buy a commercial outline?
