Application Progress
I'm applying for admission for the Fall of 2011; where should I be in the application process right now?

Have you taken the LSAT?
If no, be studying for that and ready to take it in October.
If yes:
1. Be writing your personal statement and resume;
2. Research schools that you have a shot at getting into with your LSAT/GPA;
3. Ask professors/employers who know you well for recommendations; and
4. Research specific things about your reach and target schools that you can incorporate into a "Why School X" essay, if you want to give yourself the best chance at admission/money as possible.
Get everything together so you can apply on September first.
And, to satisfy the message board gods:
5. ???
6. Profit.
