i wouldn't strike st johns, depending on who said international student is, they may be getting a substantial sports scholarship. my understanding is that st johns is actually a really good place for european students, at least.

a 4.0 is a 4.0, from university of shittwon or from harvard.

Though the 4.0 from a top-tier UG will beat the Shittown 4.0 99/100 times.

Yes. Undergrad doesn't matter and even certain Ivies were only shown to have a minimal boost at best at a handful of top schools.

All of these schools would be treated the same by law schools, so go wherever it's easiest to get a high GPA - I suspect this would be the private schools. However, one should also seek to minimize UG debt.

No T-14 will distinguish between those schools. ALL T-14s give HYPSM a boost, SOME T-14's give the other Ivys, Georgetown, NW, Chicago, Caltech, Duke, and top three liberal arts schools a boost, other than that, you are treated the same as everyone else.
