PMBR law review cds

Has anyone heard of these PMBR multistate specialist cds. I was told by a friend that went to law school to listen to these cds before law school. I shouldnt try to memorize it but just let it absorb while Im driving or working out. Can it really hurt me? I can't see how it would.
